PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase (business days). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping method and carrier are selected at checkout based on your location and preference. Available options and rates are calculated at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Satori is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this number to follow your shipment directly with the carrier.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at satoribrand.ca/pages/contact within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
